India has been actively developing and deploying vertical takeoff and landing (VTOL) unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) for various military and civilian applications.  here are some prominent Indian drone manufacturers for reference.

DRDO Rustom: Rustom is an indigenous Medium Altitude Long Endurance (MALE) UAV developed by the Defense Research and Development Organization (DRDO) of India. It has both fixed-wing and vertical take-off and landing capabilities, and can take off and land vertically like a helicopter. Rustom is primarily designed for military reconnaissance and surveillance missions.

DRDO Lakshya: Lakshya is another drone developed by DRDO that has a VTOL variant. It is primarily used as a target drone for training purposes. Lakshya can be piloted remotely or programmed to fly autonomously.

Nishant UAV: Nishant is a fixed-wing UAV developed by DRDO, but it also has a VTOL variant called Nishant-PT. It is used for battlefield reconnaissance and surveillance, target tracking, artillery fire correction, etc.

Ghatak: Ghatak is an Unmanned Combat Air Vehicle (UCAV) project developed by DRDO. It is expected to have VTOL capabilities, among other advanced features. However, as of my knowledge, Ghatak is still in development.

It is worth noting that advancements and developments in the field of drones are happening rapidly and India may have developed or released newer VTOL drones. For the latest information, it is advisable to check credible sources or official government websites related to defense and drone developments in India.
