The drone manufacturer Fixar has launched a new hybrid vertical take-off and landing (VTOL) industrial drone, Fixar 007, which is designed to meet the needs of various industrial tasks such as surveying/mapping, last-mile cargo delivery, inventory management, etc. Provides an integrated solution for small multi-task industrial drones.

Fixar 007 UAV integrates the advantages of multi-rotor UAV take-off and landing maneuverability, and strengthens load capacity and endurance. Its advantage is that it has a unique fixed-angle rotor system. There is no need to change the motor angle when the vertical/horizontal flight mode is switched. , Which can effectively reduce the number of unmanned aerial vehicle moving parts and reduce the risk of potential failure of the platform.

Fixar 007 UAV adopts a modular plug-and-play payload bay, which can quickly realize load switching (such as lidar, RGB/multispectral camera system replacement, etc.) to meet the needs of multi-task applications.

The Fixar 007 UAV can operate reliably under strong winds and other climatic conditions, realizing imaging mapping of 400 hectares of ground area, 60 kilometers of road/railway/ground pipelines and other areas. The UAV has a battery life of up to 4 hours, during which it can image a ground area of 8.2 square kilometers with an accuracy of 5 cm.
