According to an article published on the usavision website on May 20, 2021, Skycart announced that it is developing the world's first cargo drone that can perform multiple delivery tasks at the same time, and can deliver four packages at once through an autonomous cloud network. The multi-package self-balancing technology applied by the company makes the Nimbus drone the most advanced cargo drone on the market, which can reduce transportation costs by 30% and reduce the occupation of air routes by 75%.

Through iterative design, Nimbus ensures its aerodynamic efficiency and achieves faster speeds with lower emissions. Unlike other UAVs, the front of Nimbus adopts a canard layout, which helps minimize air resistance, make the UAV fly faster, and minimize the risk of stalling. Just like a fixed-wing aircraft, Nimbus’s canards and wings can stabilize it horizontally and vertically, and generate lift.

Nimbus also has the characteristics of a rotorcraft, which can be hovered in the air by rotating the engine. Thanks to the modular design, each part of Nimbus can be replaced when there is a problem, thereby maximizing scalability and greatly reducing maintenance costs.

In addition, each Nimbus has multiple built-in cameras supported by the AI system, which can detect obstacles and complete obstacle avoidance operations to ensure their safety. Nimbus uses rechargeable batteries to provide energy. It is controlled by Skycart's UAV cloud management system Skycart Cumulus Cloud. It uses 4G cellular network for communication. When the cellular signal is lost, it switches to satellite signal communication. In addition, Nimbus also integrates redundant processors, sensors, fail-safe and emergency recovery systems.
